When it was time to list our home for sale, we decided to list with Victoria Lyford at Weichert. The reasons were as follows:
• Very responsive
She contacted us the same evening that our relocation company asked her to contact us. She called at 8:45 PM, Impressed!
• Positive attitude about our home and the proposed listing price.
She provided constructive critique that we had begun to execute.
• On her initial visit; I asked her if I were the buyer, what would she tell me about the house that would sell me on it.
Her responses were on the mark. I think that it is difficult to sell a property that you don’t see the positive in.
